Glimmer the anglerfish is another unplayable animal buddy who can light up the dark level known as "Glimmer's Galleon"; in fact, he appears in no other levels, making him extremely similar to Squawks's single appearance in the first Donkey Kong Country. Glimmer appears on the box art for Donkey Kong Land 2, but he never appears in that game.
